PC CASE: XClio Touch 787 PC Case-2012-09-13

XClio Touch 787 PC Case
Both the noise levels and the limited availability are going to affect the final score, but they can always improve the amount of stock available for the Touch 787 over time, so don"t take that hit to the score into effect really. What we are left with, bottom line, is a super tower chassis that has a lot of the latest in features while adding a few new ones, packaging it in an aggressive looking facade, and delivering this chassis at a respectable price point. I have to say that Xclio offers everything basic and advanced users would want, and with the Newegg.com listing of $159.99, the Xclio Touch 787 is enough case to stand tall in a segment of cases that is heavily populated already.

PC CASE: XClio Touch 787 PC Case-2012-09-13

XClio Touch 787 PC Case
While I would have liked to have seen a USB 3.0 20-pin connection on this case, at least we do still get USB 3.0 in the front I/O, even if it does take up one from the rear I/O to do so. There weren"t any real fit issues, but I must say these door panels are some of the tightest fitting panels I have seen in a while. It really took some force to remove the panel, and when re-installing it, I had to really force them back in place as well. The only real downside that I can speak of, and I better do it with the case off, is the noise level of these included fans. I thought the Touch 320 was a bit loud for my tastes, double the fans, and you can imagine things don"t get any quieter. While the fan speed is adjustable, on high speed, the noise is too much for me to personally like it. If I were to use this chassis the fans wouldn"t make it past low speed. Even then the ten included fans offer plenty of air at low speeds to sufficiently cool the interior and my components.

XClio TR2535USB (SAS/SATA HDD Mobile Rack with USB3.0 Hub )-2012-09-13

2.5" and 3.5" hdd swap bays.  Sata III 6G. Works with ssds. Tray-less and screw-less, easy to install.

XClio TR2535USB (SAS/SATA HDD Mobile Rack with USB3.0 Hub )-2012-09-13

Quality build, easy access, uses ONE 5.25" bay for one 3.5" AND one 2.5" sata drive, on/off switch, vibration/noise isolated mount, only uses one power connector for both drives.

XClio TR1135BOX (SAS/SATA HDD Mobile Rack Enclosure )-2012-09-13

Works, looks nice. Very convenient way to swap drives. Sata 3, disk activity lights function, tray less. Seem pretty reliable. These are really easy to set up.. I like them generally.

XClio TR1135BOX (SAS/SATA HDD Mobile Rack Enclosure )-2012-09-13

Works great. keeps drives cool even on low fan setting.  Easy access and it locks.  Clever design. Installed it and inserted a SATA drive. The results were good. I swapped the dirve with another SATA and it worked good.

XClio IPC BP2335 (SAS/SATA HDD Backplane Module )-2012-09-13

Installs quickly into Storm Sniper case. Western Digital 1TB drive install in less than 5 minutes. Initialize and quick format hdd, backup 50 GB data in less than 30 minutes. Looks beautiful in the case, works like a dream. Can"t wait to fill up the remaining two hdd slots!

XClio IPC BP1425 (SAS/SATA HDD Backplane Module )-2012-09-12

Well-built, much better than other 4-in-1 devices I"ve read about or seen.  Dual power plugs, SATA and SAS connectors...it has everything you should need.

XClio IPC BP1425 (SAS/SATA HDD Backplane Module )-2012-09-12

The other reviewers are correct, this item is extremely well-made. Sturdy & comforting. I would have NO problem putting these into high-performance environments. Other ppl complained about the fans, but I can"t hear them at all, and my PC is pretty quiet.

XClio TR1135BOX (SAS/SATA HDD Mobile Rack Enclosure )-2012-09-12

The two major advantages are one these are inexpensive and two they accept standard SATA drives without any type of drive caddy. This later advantage is huge if you want to use this bay to frequently recover data off of various disks or just don"t want the hassle on an occasional disk exchange. Drive activity lights are nice and work well.

XClio TR1135BOX (SAS/SATA HDD Mobile Rack Enclosure )-2012-09-12

Piece of cake to install. No screws needed to install a the drive just open the latch and slide it in.  A great way to access drives. In the future I will be only buying SATA drives so this gives me flexibility in backing data up and also removal if I want to cut down on the power being drawn and extra heat being generated. I like the fact that I do not have to buy trays for the drives and that it is a complete system. Just plug in a drive.

XClio TR1135BOX (SAS/SATA HDD Mobile Rack Enclosure )-2012-09-12

Screwless install of hard drives, key lock for security, sturdy construction, fan to circulate air.  Installed two on two different machines. Both work well. I really like the embedded fan in the rear, quiet operation and ease of insert/removal of disks. Eight of these stacked together in my server really looks good and makes working with the drives easy.

Power Supply: Stablepower Gold 1000w-2012-09-12

XClio STABLEPOWER GOLD 1000W is one of the best for quality SLI/Crossfire builds. Clean look, quiet fan, modular (a must for DYI builds), sleeving is high quality and very versatile and single rail is fantastic. It fired right up on a new I-7 build the 100% modular makes a big difference in a smaller case when installing. The noise level is incredibly low. I cannot hear it over the sound of my case. Modular cables look good in their ribbon-like arrangement, great for cable management when squeezing them through tight spaces.  Power cables are just long enough to wire things. Enough molex connectors to power a few fan controllers and such (H100 needs a molex).

Power Supply: Stablepower Gold 1000w-2012-09-12

XClio STABLEPOWER GOLD 1000W is an amazing power supply. Comes with one  year warranty although I doubt you will need it. It"s quieter than I was expecting. I am now using it with two gtx 590s and the fan never even has to speed up even if I"m running both cards at load and they are drawing all 1000w of it. Looking inside, the heat sink is massive. Large fan that is extremely quiet. Worth every penny! Its very efficient has not failed yet.

Power Supply: Stablepower Gold 1000w-2012-09-12

XClio STABLEPOWER GOLD 1000W is an excellent power supply! Got one in my older computer with excellent results and no failures and still have no failures in my second. Never have heard the fan spin, ever - in comparison to other PSU"s that can be loud and obnoxious. It was easy to install. Had it for almost over 2 months now and no problems. Runs as quietly as ever. System is stable with enough spare power for future upgrades/additions.  Can"t go wrong with 80+ gold. It runs solid and the modular design gives me lots options. Great deal for 1000w under 200 bucks.

PC CASE: XClio Windtunnel Advanced PC Case-2012-09-12

Pros: Can fit anything, fans are extremely quiet for their size, beautiful case, temperature control accurate. Control panel on top is nice, no detrimental sharp edges, comes with Xcilo carrying pouch. Overall a nice case for a gamer who wants to sleep at night without a million LED"s beaming into their faces.

Cons: So far no Con"s

Other Thoughts: Comes with 1 year Xclio warrenty and from what I see they have their stuff together; a good company with nice, swanky computer cases

PC CASE: XClio Windtunnel PC Case-2012-09-12

Pros: big really big my 5870 fits in and it still has space. fans are nice quite but move a good amount of air. they look good. i have had alot of good comments on a 3 of my cases all made by xclio.

Cons: no yet

Other Thoughts: the metal i thick i had to modife the clip that holds the pcie, pci cards in to clear the 5870 video card the little progs hit the video cards board and fan cover. not a big problem
thanks for the good product at a good price new egg and xclio

Power Supply: XCLIO GREATPOWER 1200W-2012-09-12

Pros: XCLIO GREATPOWER 1200W  has very good quality modular cabling, has very stable voltages, and the fan is very quiet. I have ho zero problems with it in the 2 Months I have been using it with 3 HD"s, one optical drive, 9800 gx2, e8400(overclocked to 4.1 Ghz), 4 Gigs of ram, and 4 large case fans. I love the modular design which is color coded so that you always use the correct rails for stability of output.Other Thoughts: There are more attractive looking power supplies out there but I can"t see any reason not to enjoy the quality and ease of use that I am experiencing with this product. I plan on adding another 9800 gx2 for quad SLI which will easily be handled by this power supply with power to spare!

IPC XClio SS014 Backplane-2012-09-12

SAS/SATA Backplane.
4 x 2.5" HDD in 1 x 5.25" cage.
Additional security with individual key lock.
LED signal for HDD activity.
2 integrated 40 mm low-noise cooling fan.
Hot-SWAP / Hot-Plug.
Innovative & flexible design.
User and technical friendly.

IPC XClio SS014 Backplane-2012-09-12

Pros: Good design and construction. Everything comes apart with screws for customization. Plenty of airflow around HDDs.

Cons: Activity light is too dim. Fans are loud.

Other Thoughts: I only have 7200rpm drives and have power management enabled therefore I was able to open and disable both fans without any side effects. The case itself gets plenty of airflow over the disks without the fans at all. It would have gotten 5 stars if the fans were silent. I haven"t tried it but suspect that 10k drives would work just fine without the fans as well as long as they"re not spinning 24x7.

XClio IPC BP1425 (SAS/SATA HDD Backplane Module )-2012-09-12

This is a great way to save space. I have mine mounted is a 3U server case. Works great for me. This is the best way to add raid to smaller cases. Nice design.  Compact size, versatility and construction are the best features. As compared to other similar units it is by far a more sturdy unit.

PC CASE: XClio Nighthawk Black-2012-09-12

Looks like a server case (tons of bays), tool-less install for HDs and DVD drives. Its a bit hard to use the tool-less but it works. Room for 3-4 dvd drives and 8-10 HDs.  It has 4 fans, that look well placed. Has speed controls for the big top and side fans. Power Supply fits on the bottom so its very stable. Lots of LED lights!!  Got some whistles from tech savvy friends as they looked in the case for the first time. It looks pretty good.

XClio IPC BP1425 (SAS/SATA HDD Backplane Module )-2012-09-11

This is so perfect! Fits right into my 5.25 bay. I have two Patriot SSD 64GB (Raid 0) and two WD Velociraptors 150GB (Raid 0) in there. The lights come on indicating everything is swell. I have tested the hot swap on a mirror raid and everthing is sweet! I should have just bought 4 velociraptor drives and done a RAID 5 (nVidia raid).

PC CASE: XClio Touch 320 PC case-2012-09-11

XClio Touch 320 PC Case
Pros: Smooth looking case, holds 8 hard drives which is always nice. plenty of room for fans*check cons on this one* easy to install everything touch fan controller is pretty sweet. Great all around case for a decent setup or media server that you want a lot of hds in check out cons but if i would have to buy this again knowing what i know i would have not and waited tell they released the fans for them.

XClio IPC BP3435 (SAS/SATA HDD Backplane Module )-2012-09-11

THIS ITEM IS AWESOME! This is my 3rd server build in the last few years and this enclosure is by far the best I"ve used. Very professional looking and sturdy construction, no flimsy junk here. Easy install and setup was a no brainer. Installed two of these in my Antec 1200 case with ease, running 5 Hitachi 3tb SATA 3, 7200rpm drives and room for two more enclosures when needed.  I also like the two options for cooling fan control. Yea a different setup for the power and SATA cables would have been nice but I had absolutely no issues neatly installing wiring. I"m very pleased and will definitely buy more of these when I need them.

XClio TR1135BOX (SAS/SATA HDD Mobile Rack Enclosure )-2012-09-11

Chassis & rail have full metal construction; Very well-built.  80mm low-profile turbo fan mounted on the underside provides plenty of airflow where your hard drive needs it most. On/Off switch allows you to leave the drive in-place without actually powering up the drive.  Direct connection between MoBo and chassis, and direct connection between chassis and hard drive means *ZREO* loss in data transfer speeds!

XClio TR1135BOX (SAS/SATA HDD Mobile Rack Enclosure )-2012-09-11

Overall a good deal. Installation and use are straight forward. Solid construction. No problems as of yet. Good price and as usual very good delivery on NewEgg"s part. Diffidently a good investment as compared to other removable drive enclosures.

Power Supply: XClio Greatpower 550W-2012-09-11

Great looks! The blue LED Fans are huge and quiet. This case has plenty of room and was a breeze to set up... Truly a tooless case. My computer was packed with 3 HD"s 4 optical drives an FX -60 processor and 2 Geforce 7800 GTX"s running SLI. My system ran really hot until now. This case keeps everthing cool. Front Magnetic Door easy close and open.

*Support both 9.5mm & 12.5mm heigh 2.5" HDD/SSD
* 2 quiet 30mm fans
*Tray -less and Screw-free HDD/SSD installation
* Feels fairly robust (assuming you know how to handle RAID cages)
* Comes with 4 SATA cables
* Nice box (getting picky)
EXCELLENT build quality, especially if you have used cheaper RAID cages before.
I installed two of them in my XW workstation with 8 15K drives in them, and they are VERY quiet. I had previously had some cheap cages in there, and the difference is staggering. No vibration, no weird noises...even with all those drives it sounds (almost) like a normal computer.
